How to Redeem – Patients must mention the offer when booking or attending their appointment in order to redeem the $199 package.
Eligibility – This offer is available to returning patients who haven’t visited the practice in the past 9 months.
Inclusions – The $199 package includes a comprehensive dental examination, scale and polish, bitewing X-rays and fluoride treatment.
Exclusions – Excludes deep cleaning, periodontal or cosmetic treatments. If additional treatment is required, your dentist will explain options and associated costs.
Health Fund Rebates – Patients with dental extras cover may use their rebate. If the rebate is under $199, the gap will apply. No refunds for rebates over $199.
Appointment Times – Valid for appointments Monday to Friday, subject to availability.
Non-Transferable – Not redeemable for cash or combined with other offers.
Offer Validity – This offer may be amended or withdrawn at the discretion of the practice.
