- Eligibility – This offer is available to returning patients who haven’t visited the practice in the past 9 months.
- Inclusions – The $199 package includes a comprehensive dental examination, scale and polish, bitewing X-rays and fluoride treatment.
- Exclusions – Excludes deep cleaning, periodontal or cosmetic treatments. If additional treatment is required, your dentist will explain options and associated costs.
- Health Fund Rebates – Patients with dental extras cover may use their rebate. If the rebate is under $199, the gap will apply. No refunds for rebates over $199.
- Appointment Times – Valid for appointments Monday to Friday, subject to availability.
- Non-Transferable – Not redeemable for cash or combined with other offers.
